Three Media provide media consulting services and specialist products and applications within the media sector.

When they were looking to evolve their complex XEN: product suite, they came to us to assist them in redefining the user experience and designing the user interface.

The complex XEN: Pipeline enables users to:

– discover, analyse and identify assets and files

-provide a master metadata and artwork repository

-manage the receipt, creation, curation, validation and delivery of packages

-provide comprehensive “What If” workflow design and optimisation capability

– enables supplier self service facilities.

The challenge we resolved was one of bringing simplicity to the user experience of this highly complex, multi-faceted product. Our user experience and visual design teams worked closely with the team at Three Media in defining the user experience and designing the user interface, delivering user flows and production ready designs to Three Media's internal development team.
