The BBC wished to launch a Learning English app to extend the service beyond their website offering. We were delighted to be awarded the contract that complimented the work we had done previously with the BBC.

We engaged with the BBC team and undertook parallel development of the iOS & Android apps, adopting a collaborative approach using Agile project management principles. The development required close working between us and the BBC team with daily meetings to ensure we were fully aligned.

Our mutual efforts resulted in feature rich apps that maintained the high standards expected of the BBC. The apps launched at the end of the summer 2018 and quickly achieved huge success – with a million plus downloads for each platform within the first six months.
